Bvm Moto offer an extremely fast, efficient and hassle free delivery service. We will ensure your items are carefully packaged and arrive safely and quickly.
We keep the majority of all items listed on our web site in stock and try our best to get all orders dispatched on the day we received them. If you place your order before 2 oclock we should be able to get items dispatched to you that afternoon. We send all our smaller items by first class post so you should normally see your deliver the next day. We have been providing this service for our telephone orders for over 30 years and want to continue this excellent service on our website.
We use various couriers for all items which are too large to post so, if you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left.. Unfortunately it is not possible to advise on the actual time of delivery.
A signature is required for all orders sent via our couriers. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm. Please note we are happy to send your items to a delivery address, rather than your card address.

Non Deliveries and Damaged Items
All items not received must be notified to us in writing within 7 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.
Items damaged on arrival must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or sent incorrectly.
Please contact us before returning for your items.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs).
BVM Moto will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items cancelled or returned for refund or exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 28 days of invoice date. Please state if you require a refund or exchange.
Simply return items to the returns address below (which is also found in the top left hand corner of your invoice) include a copy of your invoice if possible otherwise, as a minimum, your name, address, order number and telephone number and add a small note saying what you want us to do.

Additional Monies & Refunds:
Additional monies for return postage or the additional cost of items can be taken on the same card you used when you made your original order with your permission.

If a full refund is requested and the item your are returning has been specially ordered for you, a 20% restocking charge may be applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery.
Items returned from overseas
Goods returned from overseas must be marked clearly with "Returned Goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused.
